Coronary heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Middle’s (HRRMC) Rehab division will host a six-week train and academic class for males. The sequence of courses will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting Friday, Oct. 18, within the second-floor group train room on the HRRMC Outpatient Pavilion, 1000 Rush Dr., Salida.
The courses are free and concentrate on males’s pelvic anatomy, sexual well being, mobility and stability, and respiration strategies. The sequence is designed for males as they age or are recovering from medical situations equivalent to prostate most cancers.
The instructors are Lydia Segal, M.D., M.P.H., and HRRMC’s pelvic well being bodily therapists.
